African Research Group for Oncology (ARGO) Symposium – Capacity Building for Oncology Services In Nigeria
Dr. Modupe Elebute-Odunsi expresses her heartfelt gratitude to Prof. Isaac Alatise and ARGO for inviting her as a guest speaker at the 2023 symposium. She feels deeply honoured to receive an award for excellence from Prof. Isaac Adewole, Nigeria’s former Minister of State for Health.
The symposium brought together over 20 faculty members in person, including experts from Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York and Princess Margaret Hospital in Ontario, Canada. Their presentations showcased cutting-edge research and teaching, complemented by the best of Nigeria’s talent. It was truly a fantastic program, and Dr. Elebute-Odunsi extends her commendations to ARGO for their outstanding efforts. Well-done, ARGO!
